My only complaint would be that the dressing rooms to change into scrubs for MRI had all broken latches. The curtains would not close all the way and it was extremely uncomfortable to be exposed that way while having to remove my bra and shirt. I hope this gets fixed right away.
My wife has appointment 10:45 AM we got there 20 minutes earlier. My wife is diabetics when they make appointment they told us she’s not eat anything for eight hours. We were waiting for one and a half hours over there nobody care I asked the clerk, Why why have a hard time here because she is waiting long here but the ladies working over there in the front desk don’t care. The person making exam she was wonderful woman.

On the phone, I was given inaccurate information and was told I could walk in. When I got there front desk staff were not helpful and rude, without even trying to correct the situation. I asked for office manager and she corrected it and got me in. She and the technician were professional and polite and did their jobs. They get the 4 star. The low ratings are for the lobby staff and phone staff.
The staff was so friendly and polite very professional. Made me feel like they really care. I would recommend Fresno imagining to everyone that needs their service.
Waiting on the phone to set up an appointment for 30 minutes is entirely unacceptable. However, On my last visit once I was in to the x-rays room the staff member was cordial and appeared to be expertly handling her job.
Great team respectful and accurate, simple and fast great experience!!! Beautiful sitting by the Out side of the lobby i wish i can stay there all day, you guys are too fast !! Lol
Everybody was so kind and professional and courteous . They took their time ask you questions and you answer my questions . I love going there thanks again .
Staff is pleasant, even divine. Wait is under 1/2 hr [both times]. If you get stuck & arrive late, they accommodate you~~not scold you. You get free copy of scan disk [also written report a day or 2 later]--delightful for patients when scan is not pre-op but an annual check. Office mgr is especially productive. Lotsa room in sterile waiting area, nicely furnished w/comfy & clean chairs. Facility is in basement~~no windows so that won't work for claustrophobics. 57th & B'way can be reached by all trains & buses [or bikes] so ... read more
