Have always had the best care by the people in Radiology. Kind, thoughtful, capable. Nothing but good things to say about that hard working crew.
Called and talked to Ashley to ask if they had sent my MRI disc to my doctor yet. I gave her my name and DOB. I had talksaid thtMarissa there 5 days before and she was professional and gave me correct information. This time the call was just for seeing if my doctor had received the MRI yet. Instead of just giving me the info she got very snarky and finally told me only the referring doctor can get the MRI disc. Was told we did not need an appointment, only had to go there and check in for an xray of my wife's shoulder. Left after 40 minutes waiting to get "processed in" and informed it could be another 30 minutes because those with appointments came first and only one person to check us in. There were 2 and sometimes 3 people at the desk screening people that were coming in when only one person at a time was letting them in the door.
People need patience. No one wants a health care provider to rush through any treatments. The staff has always been kind and caring. I highly recommend Sonora Regional Medical Center.
Expect a long wait. Great staff and equipment. Waited over an hour after checking in at the kiosk before I was even called to the desk...
