2.5 hours wait for a 15m appointment which I was 45m early for - no clear system. Why give out appointments if you cannot meet the times? Super frustrating as the waiting area was packed with no one updating patients. They need to hire someone to properly manage appointments and scheduling plus allocate for 10-15m between each appointment instead they give people the same appointment time! That’s wild
