This I believe was my first visit. I had to go in for a breast biopsy.I was absolutely terrified. All the ladies that looked after me were absolutely without a doubt the most amazing women I have ever had the luck to encounter. Let me tell you a biopsy on the breast is extremely painful.I probably screamed so loudly that the whole hospital heard me...I was in tears.Those ladies were so sweet so kind so caring and they took their time with me which was absolutely amazing. 2.5 hours wait for a 15m appointment which I was 45m early for - no clear system. Why give out appointments if you cannot meet the times? Super frustrating as the waiting area was packed with no one updating patients. They need to hire someone to properly manage appointments and scheduling plus allocate for 10-15m between each appointment instead they give people the same appointment time! That’s wild
