This xray clinic Diagnostic Image Plus was extremely unprofessional. I experienced care that I feel was unsafe and bordering on malpractice. Procedures were not explained, my concerns were dismissed, and I left without confidence that my imaging was handled properly. For your own health and safety, I do not recommend this place. I wouldn’t give this place a star if it was an option.

Absolutely unprofessional medical service with a satellite office inside Texas Health Resources on Walnut Hill Lane. They are out of network for most insurance providers. The note on the very first bill I received states "WE UNDERSTAND DIFICULT SITUATION WITH COVID.BUT WE HAVE BILLS TO PAY. PLEASE PAY US. ASAP. PATIENT SHARE/COPAY/DEDUC" If your doctor has an arrangement with this provider, pressure them to reevaluate the arrangement. This lack of professionalism should not be tolerated.
