Not the experience i wanted. Went in for my 20 Week Scan, Receptionist was very helpful and friendly however the lady who actually did my scanning was the complete opposite. The whole experience felt rushed and as if she had somewhere else to be rather then letting me enjoy my first baby and the whole experience. Im not to know what to expect if im honest but there was no photo offered, i had to promt and even then i did not get to choose my photo it got baught out to me! Friendly receptionist. Easy access to 2nd floor via lift & internal automatic sliding door. Could've done with automatic door from rear car park. Had to stand a bit too long for the CT scan but technician was also very friendly and helpful.
Had our 20wk scan here. Never felt so comfortable in a clinic. Offered hot drinks on arrival and all staff members were super friendly and accommodating. Thank you.
