Had an ultrasound here today. I was a bit nervous and I checked the reviews here before and that only added to my nerves. I’m glad to say everyone is really lovely, the receptionist the dr and their assistant. I felt instantly comfortable and they explained each step. Parking is tight but you are able to park opposite in unit 7 as an overflow.

The clinic itself is lovely and clean and easy to get to, with free parking. The receptionist was lovely and polite. The Dr doing the procedure, however, was abrupt, rude, unprofessional, and did not take any attempts to try and make me feel comfortable during an invasive procedure. When I asked questions it felt like I was being a burden. It's a real shame when trained professionals have no bedside manner and leave patients feeling unsettled and upset during what can be a very difficult time. Rushed, rude, unprofessional and patronising with little reagrd for any wellbeing (not the receptionist) Very triggering experience. Had hoped attending here rather than the hospital would be a better experience, sadly not!
