Do not waist your time. They were no more concerned with my injury than they were the traffic outside. On day 5, as of now, waiting on them to call in my antibiotics at the pharmacy.
The medical system nowadays is horrible. You gotta fill out an application to possibly be able to get an appointment. Don't tell em your upset about it.. You might have the sheriff's office calling you, checking to see if you wanna go into their custody. Then maybe you can be seen. Anyways this system is a joke on us. I went there today to follow up on a recent hospitalization and was supposed to see the np but instead got the new MD blamed my weight for my hospital visit when I told him it happened to me years ago when I was not overweight well he did not know what to say. I'll be looking for a new pcp ASAP
I don’t know what’s wrong with these people. They seem really nice right get your records get your medical records from them. See what I see what you go through to get them and wait till you read them. Wait till you find out the lies they were told if you’re ever given physical therapy by these people and they tell you that it was denied by the insurance company get the record you find out that they 100% lied Crystal the doctor at the town who recommended it. The facility is clean and everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. However, my only critique is that they need to do better about answering their phones.
