This place is a joke. We had an appointment for 2:15 it’s now 5:20 and they are not done yet. RIDICULOUS. The employees have gone. They locked the door and my family member is still in there. They say she can use another door. NEVER WILL WE BE BACK!
No waiting. Doctor was very attentive to questons. Concerns addressed. Felt confident upon leaving.
The staff here at the Beaumont clinic is horrible. My mother has been having to wait on medication for 3 weeks that’s supposed to help her breath. Horrible clinic manager especially.
Can’t ever get someone on the phone. Can’t make an appointment. Can’t leave a message!
Wife went went in for a pregnancy test. We received an 8 dollar bill 18 months after the fact. I immediately paid it online. We received a bill for the exact same amount 2 weeks later. I called the billing office and said “we paid this, I have the confirmation on my back account.” The lady said there is a delay in their system and it should clear their system in a few days.
