Doctor's office was in a nice building. It is a shame because the front desk, who acts as the face of the establishment treated my grandparents horribly. They are hispanic, but speak english and felt very disrespected with their tone. They also do not keep their front desk clean, it was dirty/greasy. They made the overall experience of how great the actual medical staff overshadowed by the horrible front desk. The doctor was great. The entire rest of the experience was negative stars. If I had a staff like this one I would fire each one. I walked in, and was immediately asked for photo ID and insurance card. I was told I had a balance due that had to be paid prior to the procedure. No hello. No how are you doing at 1 PM after a day of clear liquids, a bowel prep and then nothing by mouth prior to showing up here. I was a walking dollar sign. Terrible billing practices. Staff maybe nice but the billing is awful. They are very aggressive in getting paid upfront for the facility fee of a few hundred dollars which my insurance covered as I had already met my deductible. So they were double paid, and took me months to get my money back. Would not listen to me when I told them I was covered by my insurance.

Diagnostic Endoscopy Center is an outstanding facility. The entire team is fantastic, from the warm and welcoming professionals at check-in to the knowledgeable, compassionate and highly skilled nurses caring for you before, during and after your procedure. The Anesthesiologist is also wonderful. As a first timer, I was very nervous and she went out of her way to calm my nerves and explain exactly what was going to happen.
