The staff was very kind, but i was given incorrect prep instructions (told to drink barium for a scan that didn’t require it), which forced a reschedule. Returned a week later and the tech wasn’t even available at my appointment time with no ETA. Announced at 8:28am that the tech had arrived. At 8:50 I still wasn’t called in. Two wasted visits due to their errors. Ridiculous.

From the time I arrived, the experience was very pleasant. Kassandra and the other woman at the desk were very nice and helpful! Gabby was a great technician doing the CT scan and Ainsley was very sweet in helping me to get off the table and stand up after the procedure. Rosamund is really great about getting patients their discs - she is usually very busy, but still remains so pleasant about getting the discs copied for us. Dr. Matthew Greenspan, I am writing regarding the imaging interpretation performed at RAYUS Radiology for my mother. The report failed to identify a fracture of the left femur, despite the fact that her presenting symptoms and documented complaints were clearly localized to the left side and excruciating pain. Instead, the report focused on an older pelvic fracture on the right side, which was not the source of her current pain. The visit was quick as I was the first of the day. Afterwards I walked to the front desk explained I needed a copy of the disc. Was told 10 mins, after 30 mins i walked up and asked about it, was told they knew nothing of it. an hour and a half later still here still waiting. I had to get an IV placed as a nurse I understand how painful they can be. The catheter cheered going in and was super painful I could tell right away it blew. My mother was referred here for X-rays that I was able to personally look at on the portal and right away see a left femoral fracture (blatantly obvious) and the radiologist wrote in the report that there are no fractures. 4 days later my mom is in the ER having surgery to place a metal rod in her leg. I called many times before winding up in ER to see if the radiologist could review the images again and I was unable to get through to anyone as they don’t answer phones. Horrible service.
