I had to have a CT scan of my broken foot. The check in process is very quick and the wait time to get my scan was just as quick. The office is clean and there's plenty of seating. Besides doing CT scans they also do MRI's (this is where I come for my yearly mammogram). There is plenty of parking and several handicap parking spots for those who are in need. I went to set up a payment agreement for an MRI today for my husband. I had called and left messages several times, but none of the calls were returned so I went to the office this morning. I explained to the registrar and her supervisor that I had an healthcare spending account (hsa) with my job and that once they billed the insurance company, the hsa would pay the requested deductible of $1,086.00; however, I was asked for a card or different way to bill; but never for the information to contact the hsa person. I had an MRI done yesterday and everything went wonderful from check in to the procedure itself. I am a claustrophobic person and Christy the technician was great. She explained everything and made sure I was comfortable. I wasn't sure if I would be able to go thru with this procedure but with her help I did. I would highly recommend Woodland Heights Diagnostic for this procedure. Five stars for Christy.

I had an appt for imaging 2 weeks ago but the heat was off in the building so after signing all my forms and paying, I rescheduled my appt. Today, I arrived at 9:03am for a 9:00am appt. Laurie, the receptionist, was very rude to the poor lady in front of me who was there for imaging. Laurie hatefully and with a condescending voice said, “You gave me mammogram orders. Got there before 730 am. Second in line. First lady having an MRI. I wasn't .Filled out paperwork etc., went to waiting area. Waited almost an hour before I spoke up and found out that front desk did NOT notify technicians that I was there. Other patients going ahead of me. Only giving two stars because the tech was very apologetic.
