Frustrated with their lack of customer service. Over the past 2 weeks I have left 3 voicemails that I have not received a call back and both times I have called, I was on hold for 45 minutes. They shouldn’t offer a voicemail option if they don’t respond to them. Also, why don’t they call to notify you when an order has been approved by insurance? Instead they expect you to call and wait on hold for 30+ minutes to find out it’s been approved for over a week.
MRI staff (Nicole, NP, etc.) were great! This 86 year old guy went thru imaging and stress tests smoothly because the practice skills and patient relations of everyone from front desk to treadmill made it a pleasure to be there. Thank you.
Sometimes are faster than others. It depends on time of day or even day of the week. But all the admin and lab techs are as efficient as possible.
Been here twice. Once for a long awaited appt. The other as a walk in. I was not there for longer than an hr. The efficiency blows my mind being from LA where you wait 45 min to be seen.
