Everyone is so friendly and quick! I feel like they really respect your time. Everyone from the receptionists to the phlebotomist, are all lovely. Bloodwork is not fun but they make it beyond bare-able. They’re wonderful!

The Lab at GBMC is a great place to get all of your blood work done in one place. Although there are times during the day, typically mid-morning and late afternoon, where you might have to wait; I have never waited longer than twenty minutes. The staff are friendly and the phlebotomists are extremely capable. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
India (hope that's how she spells her name) was so kind, she has excellent customer service skills and makes the process so painless. She is excellent at what she does and is such a sweet person. I wish they all were as nice as her!
