Billed me almost a year later for test never done. The Dr they referenced does not order scans. Also no surprise bill law has been in affect for a couple of years. These bills are surprises, I have had multiple scans as a patient and never billed separate for any other scan I actually have had. But I am now being billed for two scans I never had from same dr who does not order scans.
I am giving this company zero stars. It has been the worst company to deal with. I requested Norton to refer my wife and me only to their in-house imaging services due to our extremely negative experience with this company after receiving over 50 images related to my cancer treatment. I strongly advise against using their services.
I just called the 1-866-759-4524 number as well on this listing and on my bill and got connected to an agent who said they are no longer processing bills for this company and to "ignore the bill". I gave them an earful and told them that I am reporting them to BBB because this should not fall on the patient then to continually receive these bills and we can't do anything about them (mine is also from a service in 2023 and only got the updated bill recently.)
Exact same experience as detailed by so many others. Received a bill dated 12/17/2024 for services performed in 2023! I first tried multiple times on the website listed, which already looked barebones and sketchy, and could not get past the enter account number part. I did that at least three times because the invoice contradicts itself. On the left side, it has a number formatted like 1234*123456789.1 next to Account Number label. I received a bill for 55.42 saying the service was from August 2023. I tried to pay online several times and I called. The woman on the phone said she tried to take the payment but was unsuccessful. I used my cc. Then she wanted to transfer me to someone else to try but I said no and she said she will put that in the computer that i refused to pay. I told them I would go to the place and pay in cash, but she said I can't do that either. I think it's a scam.
