I thought this was a scam but it turns out it is not. I had an MRI done earlier this month through Norton, who sent me a detailed bill afterwards so I thought I was all paid up. Today I received an email from this diagnostic group about owing money to them but the bill had no real details of the charges which I found suspicious. Billed me almost a year later for test never done. The Dr they referenced does not order scans. Also no surprise bill law has been in affect for a couple of years. These bills are surprises, I have had multiple scans as a patient and never billed separate for any other scan I actually have had. But I am now being billed for two scans I never had from same dr who does not order scans.

I am giving this company zero stars. It has been the worst company to deal with. I requested Norton to refer my wife and me only to their in-house imaging services due to our extremely negative experience with this company after receiving over 50 images related to my cancer treatment. I strongly advise against using their services.
I just called the 1-866-759-4524 number as well on this listing and on my bill and got connected to an agent who said they are no longer processing bills for this company and to "ignore the bill". I gave them an earful and told them that I am reporting them to BBB because this should not fall on the patient then to continually receive these bills and we can't do anything about them (mine is also from a service in 2023 and only got the updated bill recently.)
