I just wanted to come on here and PRAISE my employer and the staff! I have got to say that in the 35 years that I have been working, this is THE BEST job I have ever had. Granted I come from Corporate America... Enough said. The Owner and COO is the most considerate, humble and big hearted person! He cares for his employees. It is the best feeling in the world when the BIG BOSS comes by and checks in with you to ask if there is anything you need. This LAB rocks and I am honored to be a part of this awesome team.
Working here has been extremely difficult, and I would not recommend this workplace to anyone. The COO, Jules, consistently fails to communicate or respond, even when emails and messages are sent repeatedly. Despite this, he later claims that tasks were not completed. I was instructed to sell equipment left behind by the previous owner but was never provided a work phone or tablet to properly post items on Marketplace or Facebook. Don't believe the response provided to my review! The out of pocket price has nothing to do with the provider being out of network. This company has an 'F' with the BBB. Horrible,...Horrible... experience with this lab. Please do not make the same mistake I did by using this lab. The billing department is very dishonest! They ask for your insurance information on the billing requisition sheet, but they do not tell you that the insurance price is different than the out of pocket price. Submitted sample on Jan 5 2024. Called on Feb 5 2024 to ask why it wasn't processed. They said it would be process asap. It is now Feb 15 2024, I don't even think my sample is good anymore and they still haven't processed it. I called and they wanted to charge me anyway and I still don't have my results!!
Never use Diagnos-tech. More than two months ago, my girlfriend sent about four different samples, including saliva and coprological samples, to be tested. Neither us nor the doctor has heard any news from this laboratory. According to the doctor, the lab mentioned they are facing IT issues, and the results are stored in the system with no access to them. Please, DO NOT use this laboratory.
