Submitted sample on Jan 5 2024. Called on Feb 5 2024 to ask why it wasn't processed. They said it would be process asap. It is now Feb 15 2024, I don't even think my sample is good anymore and they still haven't processed it. I called and they wanted to charge me anyway and I still don't have my results!!
Never use Diagnos-tech. More than two months ago, my girlfriend sent about four different samples, including saliva and coprological samples, to be tested. Neither us nor the doctor has heard any news from this laboratory. According to the doctor, the lab mentioned they are facing IT issues, and the results are stored in the system with no access to them. Please, DO NOT use this laboratory.
DO NOT I repeat, DO NOT ever use this lab. They are completely unprofessional, disorganized, and they still owe me a refund for a check they cashed almost 3 months ago for zero services rendered. They said their internal system crashed and they were unable to complete the lab tests for me. But they were happy to cash my check immediately and now they won't provide a refund. I was billed for my test in 11-8 today is 1-17 and I still haven’t received results. When I try to call their system forces you to leave a voicemail after so many minutes and all the voicemails I’ve left have not been responded to. I finally got ahold of someone today and they still do not have all of the results completed.
Such an easy experience with this lab. They make it easy to recommend and the free resources are top notch.
