I'm broke down, stuck in a Rest Area with bad water pump. I see DiagnoTECH, and Tim answered my call. We discussed symptoms. I give him Cummins serial. In few minutes he called back with part price. He explained all charges and we agreed . In an hour from first contact he is standing beside me with part and everything he needs. He was quick. He was pleasant with interesting conversation. He was fair with costs. He saved the day Thank you Tim

Tim was prompt, courteous, thankful yes thankful, and to say reasonably priced would inaccurate, I would say an actual good deal for roadside, got a new starter put on on my cascadia for under $800 that’s parts & labor, no mark ups on the part it seems and again reasonable labor rates for roadside and did I mention excellent service, he even fixed a computer issue I had with the truck’s high idle, on my second breakdown today bc it’s one of those day and I wish Tim did tires!
