DO NOT I repeat, DO NOT ever use this lab. They are completely unprofessional, disorganized, and they still owe me a refund for a check they cashed almost 3 months ago for zero services rendered. They said their internal system crashed and they were unable to complete the lab tests for me. But they were happy to cash my check immediately and now they won't provide a refund. I received a statement from a collection agency. I had no idea who these people were. I put it in dispute and never heard from them. I called the collection agency four times waiting for the proof of this claim. Three months later (with me calling again I might add) they said they would be sending me something. I finally called Diagnosis Techs themselves. They said it was from a service four years ago. I asked why I never received a statement from them in the past. They said they had sent five statements. I'm a physician and have used their GI testing for about 5 years. They have always been responsive, helpful, and prompt in all matters related to my ordering of tests. I see the above negative reviews are from patients who were upset about having to pay for their tests...from an ordering provider's perspective, they get an A+ for prompt, professional service. The GI tests themselves are extremely specialized and useful to diagnose and treat the gut, and overall health.

Never use Diagnos-tech. More than two months ago, my girlfriend sent about four different samples, including saliva and coprological samples, to be tested. Neither us nor the doctor has heard any news from this laboratory. According to the doctor, the lab mentioned they are facing IT issues, and the results are stored in the system with no access to them. Please, DO NOT use this laboratory.

I’ve ordered from DiagnosTechs for more years than I want to count. They have always, always responded to me when I needed them to. Very professional and offer a higher quality of service than I’ve found at most places. It’s always a pleasure to call them and know any issue will be resolved or need filled. They really do go above and beyond.
