I was very happy with my test results from Diagnostechs! They were very customer service friendly and the turn around time was quicker than my doctor had initially stated. I would definitely use them again.

This is a horrible company, please do not conduct any business with them. They increased the price for the saliva test from $90 to $105. they sent test results to some pharmacy who wanted to charge me to read the results, instead of sending them to my primary doctor. When I asked for the test results directly, they told me it would take two days, but when I called after 4 days, then I was told they had 30 days by law. Horrible company. At first they agreed to $180 cash for test for their cash price. I billed my insurance after they told me they would accept whatever the insurance paid ($272.45). Then I got a bill for the remainder of what they charged insurance ($535.00). They refused to just take what they received from insurance ($272.45) and said they wanted the whole $535.00 or they would send it to collections no matter what. Billing is so screwed up! I paid for my test when I sent the box in and a year later I get a bill for $537 more! They sent it to the collection agency without sending me any notices! That is so wrong and I will not use them again. Once it is sent to the collection agency Diagnos techs cannot change it and you will have to pay interest on top of that. They even charged interest on the year I didn't even have the bill!
