I would like to have a zero and I’ll rate them with -0. I got a massage certificate that my employer gave me ( massage that has been already pay for them) and as was my sister in low birthday I gifted her the certificate. The owner of this place confirmed an appointment twice and then after she was already in the place cancelled with no reasons. But the worse one was the last appointment she was almost an hour in the place waiting for her massage and she cancelled again. That is unprofessional, disrespectful and horrible. Wh... read more

I made a 9am appointment to have my hair braided. When I arrived, nobody was available to braid my hair because the braider was double booked with a long appointment. I was able to find another shop to braid my hair, but it took me a while to find a same day appointment. I was disappointed, especially because it seems like they do great work. Two stars because the other reviews are positive about the high quality work.
