So I received my package today , it was super quick for the delivery process everything was good .. I was amazing shout out to kelsey you did a good job picking out my clothes .. can’t wait for my next box.

Dia and Company has been acquired by full beauty brand. When you call their customer service, you will now be directed to full beauty brand who transferred me to eight different people, and I still was unable to solve my issue. My issue being charged for items that were returned. I am sure this is due to the new acquisition issue and my return is probably sitting in some warehouse bin, waiting to be credited. I used to love their subscription boxes and I just recently signed up again. First of all, my box still hasn’t shipped and I was supposed to receive one at the end of December/beginning of January. I was assured that it was going to ship after I had contacted them. Still nothing. I did receive some seasonal boxes I requested, rated and sent the items back because I didn’t like them. I’ve gotten 2 boxes and I’ll never purchase again. I’m 99.9% positive the stylists don’t even read your profile or notes you leave. I said both times I am NEWLY POSTPARTUM and I’m struggling with my body. First box they sent me size XS when I said I’m an XL-2X. That made me feel great. This second box they sent me a CROP TOP, a leather skirt, a bodycon dress and a jean jacket about 7 sizes too big. Seriously, the biggest scam of all subscription services. I've been trying to get out for MONTHS. The clothes are cheaply made (but you knew that), overpriced and not in line with my measurements. I have wasted so much money on cheap prom dresses, and I have spent thousands by now. They send form emails- did not even bother to fill in some of the blanks- like my supposed "stylist" name.
