They are extremely inconsistent with their food quality. They had the meat sitting out in one of the food trucks and it was labeled with a date 12 days prior. When I order the Queso Birria in the beginning, it was delicious. However, now they barely even fry it or add cheese. there is barely any meat they give me all fat. I saw online that Diablo truck on the corner of 9th St and Appleton Road in Menasha were helping tornado victims So I went there yesterday (Thursday) To get dinner Because we still had no power and can’t drink our water. I asked the man in the window of the truck if he was helping tornado victims and he said no sorry and turned me away. I just don’t think that they should have that posted if they were gonna turn people away!!! Shame on you.!
Ordered on the phone. Didn't start making it until I arrived. Register lady does not give welcoming vibe at all. Food is good.
Terrible customer service. The cashier seemed more interested in watching her phone than helping customers. I ordered a quesabirria, and because I didn’t specifically say “combo,” she only charged me for one taco instead of asking a simple clarifying question. When I noticed the total was lower than the menu price, I went back to ask about it. Instead of charging me for the combo, she charged me separately for the soup, which cost more. Went to the food truck location today 6/10 on E Calumet street in Appleton. I ordered two steak Mexican style burritos one with no rice add sour cream. Got home and neither has cilantro or onions that are included in the Mexican style burrito. Overloaded with beans no flavor at all. For $14 each this is ridiculous. The workers hardly understand English and make it very difficult to order so it’s pointless for me to go back there which is 15 minutes away to try to tell them they didn’t give me what I ordered.
