Staff is so rude. Everytime we come here the staff never smiles and just seems very unhappy. Not a great place, especially when the kids are already nervous, a nice friendly staff would help. Smile ladies, it helps.
We are very happy with our doctor Dr. Barsam Gharsgozlou with excellent service and care and much better customer service from the previous group were with for our kids. Our doctor is awesome and has excellent knowledge and discover asthma that we didn’t know before.
Ever since the change in ownership, this practice is no longer what it used to be. The Medical Assistants are rude and unprofessional. The doctor and the nurse practitioners are always turning over and are not half the care provider Dr. Ryan Tracy was. Overbooked, short with responses, not very informative or communicative.
My son had his 18 month wellness visit with Dr. Barsam Gharagozlou, who recently took over Dr. Ryan Tracy’s office. Our appointment was at 10:00 AM, and as his first patient of the day, we waited over 30 minutes for the doctor to arrive. When he finally entered, he did not introduce himself, asked a brief question about my child, and then stepped out to take a phone call. I have been taking my grandchildren here for past couple of months and let me tell you best decision I have ever made not only can I get next day appointment's even same day the doctors are very caring my grandkids are getting the best care these doctors care about our babies my granddaughter had probably the worst eczema he had ever seen first thing he said I'm gonna help her and yes he did he prescribed her medicine right away we started seeing a big difference he also referred her to a dermatologist all of this is life ch... read more
