Great service (5 stars) reliability of the car’s condition slightly questionable (3.5 stars). I bought my 2013 VW here almost three years ago now. It’s been one of my favorite cars that I’ve owned. As a 16 year old who got my first car from this dealership, these guys were the best. Fast paperwork and the car was wonderfully upkept and maintained. Detailed records of the vehicle and how to use it. 100/10 recommend this dealership, outstanding customer service online and in person :)
No offense, but I’m baffled that there’s 5 star reviews. I wish I had an experience like those, because mine was nothing like that… at all. For one, Daniel, the one who got me through the process of the car seemed extremely rushed.
