We have been a Diablo Customer of over two decades and for the most part they have met our satisfaction for product and service. We recently requested a service appointment to fix a leak in one of our passive solar panels feeding our pool. The appointment was set for Jun 8, 2023. I have called 5 times and left a message without ever being called back. Terrible service.
Got a quote for $1500.00 to fix ********************** panel. Got a **** for $4000.00. Was called about one panel being replaced, now I received a $4000.00 ****. What the heck!!!! $2000.00, I dont think so.

Here is a needed update. My number of stars remain the same! My system has produced $1000's worth of electricity since DS first installed the panels. Now we did have an issue with some fuses and one of the junction boxes recently. However, I emailed the owner, Bryan Raymond, who got his crew out there right away. The repair guy, Bryan Patterson, came within a week and had it working full speed in no time. He would email me and let me know what he found and what was done.
