Diablo solar installed my pool solar and solar electric over 10 years ago. In May I was having trouble with the pool water cycling up and down off my roof and called for an appt. In a voicemail they assigned me a time on a day when I teach a class at my house so I called and left a message saying the time would only work if the guy was gone by 12 noon so I could hold class and that I needed to be with the worker to tell/show him my concerns. We have been a Diablo Customer of over two decades and for the most part they have met our satisfaction for product and service. We recently requested a service appointment to fix a leak in one of our passive solar panels feeding our pool. The appointment was set for Jun 8, 2023. A week later they called to change the service appointment to May 24, 2023 however, they did not provide a time window for their arrival. I have called 5 times and left a message without ever being called back. Terrible service.
Got a quote for $1500.00 to fix ********************** panel. Got a **** for $4000.00. Was called about one panel being replaced, now I received a $4000.00 ****. What the heck!!!! $2000.00, I dont think so.
