I had an appointment for a spirometry (lung function test) at Diablo Pulmonary in Concord. It was very easy to find and park. One really great thing is that you can fill out a lot of the paperwork online! There will still be paperwork to fill out, so get there about 1/2 hour ahead, but save time by filling as much as you can online. Office has a policy to mail (USPS) patient a letter explaining when the patient can call to make a follow-up appointment with their doctor. The schedule comes out monthly. I never received the letter! Their doctors are at several campuses so it is not easy to schedule appointments. They should do a better job of explaining this confusing system at the beginning to patients and how and why this letter system is used. Otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars. Dr. Martinez is wonderful. Very patient. He takes the time needed to explain and makes sure you understand his diagnosis. Nurses very polite, both male and female.
