Excellent cuts of meat and great staff who are helpful and know their stuff.
Diablo Foods consistently exceeds your quality, selection and service expectations. Within this, the meat department is a standout; especially Bruno. I recently wanted to try a Grilled Steak Florentine and needed a substantial Porterhouse steak - ~2.5” thick. Bruno translated for me, “Bistecca alla Fiorentina” and cut the most beautiful 5#, bone-in Porterhouse I had ever seen. The recipe was a success, thanks to Bruno.
