Dr Chahal's practice used to be awesome. Something changed. I've waited a full month for a worth authorization form. I. haven't received the form, haven't recieved a call back, havent recieved an email back. Complete radio-silence for a month despite having seen dr chahal for 3-4 years. The medical assistant Alisha was kind over the phone but hasn't returned any calls and never answers her phone dial her extension. If you're looking for a GI, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Avoid this practice if responsiveness is something you prioritize. Expect to wait 2-3 weeks to receive a phone call back from this practice. Not sure what happened but this place went down the drain quick.
Dr Chahal was very personable. Explained the whole procedure. Answered all my questions. Took pictures of the process (which was a first for me). The whole process was efficient, timely, professional. Thanks Diablo Digestive Care Team
Dr. Chahal , is a experienced Dr. , very sharp , and excellent diagnostic, with a very kind & service team. I appreciate all of them for their wonderful Job. that they performed to me with Colonoscopies exam .
Dr. Chahal was nothing but rude, uninterested, and incredibly invalidating. Please don’t waste your time or your money the way that I did.
