I’ve been doing Crossfit on and off for 13 years, and I’ve been a member of SEVEN different boxes and this gym is one of the BEST! Passionate, knowledgeable coaches, that care about the athletes and the methodology. Many class hours and varied programming, a great store, the list goes on. All ages, weights, and experience levels are present and supported here. I’ve been a member for over a year and I can see why people stick around. A wonderful community, truly.
