They do a good job. Rather quickly when not too busy.
First time here and not impressed. Paid for the top package and the carpets shampooed. So totally was 67 dollars. Still got thing on the floor not vacuumed. Parts of the interior still wet. Cup holder still got dirt in them. Outside of the truck got spots and dirt all around that I am able to wipe off with my hand. My grill still got the green soap in it. This place was very average. I went in there to get a wash for my vehicle which is a 2019 Nissan Frontier Compact truck. Normally I've washed my vehicle at home but I was injured at work and have restrictions on using my left arm. The wash was supposed to be $34.99. When I got there, they told me it was an oversized vehicle. To me an oversized vehicle is like a full-size van or something. They told me it would cost an extra five dollars. Friendly, fast, great work!
As a resident living in the area of this business it is disappointing that the Diablo Car Wash neglects the maintenance of its landscaping and hardscaping. This once pristine looking locale is sadly no more! Please water and mow your 'grass'! Clean out the weed, trim your trees, and weep and power wash your hardscape. Your business is an eyesore!
