Handled an insurance claim repair through Ramon. First he ordered the wrong part. Then after collecting the money from insurance did one of two lower units and kept my boat for 3 months before telling me the IRS took all of his money and he can’t buy the second lower unit. He owes me THOUSANDS of dollars for the second lower unit and is ignoring my messages now.
He charged me $535.00 to install a $75.49 part! He even charged me a $15.00 launch fee!
