I can't say enough good things about this place. I have been a member for a few months and it's changed my life in so many ways. Diablo Barbell saved my life. I had spent the last 2 years trying to alleviate my back pain and severe sciatica. I have 2 herniated discs between L3-L5. Spinal injections, tens machines, chiro, massage, stretch labs, physical therapy, acupuncture, decompression and none of it helped in the long run. Let me talk about my experience at Diablo Barbell… I was member for one month in August of 2024. Ted is the owner of the gym, and the gym is well equipped with specialty strength equipment that I have not seen in any other gyms I’ve attended (Reverse Hyper machine, Viking Press, Alternating Press/Row Hammer Strength, etc.) The membership cost is astronomically expensive - $1,100 for the first month, and $600 for every month after was the price advertised to me.
