This is the best and most motivational gym I have ever been to. Ted, Stephen, Chrystal, and Andrea are the dream team when it come to helping people learn how to eat right, understand how to workout properly, build athletes, and recover from injury. Seriously, if you think you've tried it all and nothing works, go talk to them and get to work.

My mom joined Diablo Barbell two years ago after responding to an ad for back pain relief. At the time, she was in severe back pain and facing surgery. She could no longer participate in family outings because she couldn’t walk or stand for very long without pain. I can't say enough good things about this place. I have been a member for a few months and it's changed my life in so many ways. Going into this journey, I was high body fat, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and daily stomach problems that the Dr said were going to require pills for the rest of my life to address.
