I like to share my personal experience for the last four weeks. I have been a part of Diabetic Watchers since December 2019. I am SO thankful that I decided to follow what Milia recommended. I can't say enough about this program. When I started the program I was slightly overweight, on 2 different diabetic medications and blood pressure medication. I have lost 15 pounds, I have discontinued one of my diabetic medications and take half the dose of the remaining one. I have also discontinued my blood pressure medication.
