All the other negative reviews are accurate, please listen to them and go somewhere else. They do not keep up with current research and they won't help you. I had a very negative and traumatizing experience with Sophie H. Tang ARNP this year. She was aggressive and bullied me when I was just trying to get help with my condition. BEAWARE. My current dr sent referrals countless times. They never got it. After i went in to give the referral PPWK Physically they stated appts are booked out till February. On the initial call appts were 2 month out now 4 so we decided its better to look elsewhere. Their system is broken. Don't waste your time.
I am a new patient, so this review is based off of my first office visit. I came here regarding my thyroid. When I checked in the two ladies at the reception were nice. The MA Liz was also very nice and had a great personality. I know so many medical clinics are understaffed and/or burnt out, so it was refreshing to be greeted with someone like Liz. I was seen by Dr. Tran, who was easy to talk to and even gave me some information previous providers had not. Overall I had a great experience at this clinic.
not a very good clinic, do NOT go to dr. zhang.. i was asking a question & halfway through my question she fat shames me & seemed like she didn't believe that i said "i might have depression". also, very hard to understand her. her bedside manners sucked!
I have always had a great experience at this clinic for care. I got diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Disease 2 years ago and my doctor was very informative on what to look out for and what it was. She is very thorough & orders labs to rule out whatever I have anxiety about to make sure. Amazing bed side manner.
