Absolutely shocking and slow customer support. My Product came totally wracked and damaged thanks to DIABETES SA very poor packaging and nobody is willing to deal with it. No calls no emails unless I make the move. A total ignorance to help me with my damaged product which is actually very important medical device. Very knowledgeable facilitators and a very informative seminar. If you are a diabetic, I would recommend attending one of there sessions. Just become a member.
