I know that most of these reviews comment on wait time...and while yes, wait time is long; Dr. Kanj and Dr. Fertig take as long as they need to with each patient. they will stay with you to ensure you fully understand what's going on with your health. They will take the time to work through answering questions you may have or even questions that just happen to come up during your visit. Waiting time is 2 to 3 hours depends on the others before you. And some of the receptionist will leave you on the phone for more than 20 minutes or even longer. And some of the receptionist are nasty don't even say hi. The r. always wants to put you on some kind of med's. Will not return. Oh then they charge you when you cancel your appointment. How do I cancel my appointment if they leave me on hold for 20 mines or even more. I hung up.

After waiting for 1 month for appointment, waited for 30 minute's then figured out that wait is anywhere 2:30 to 3 hours. So be prepared.

It take about 1-2 hours to see the doctor, while the clinic is empty and last time I went one of the nurses was rude.
