Having issues with hormone regulating and critical vitamin deficiencies. Called to make an appointment and was transferred to “the clinic.” Left a message. After 4 days without a return call, I thought that maybe they didn’t get the message. The receptionist didn’t answer the scheduling line but happened to answer when I tried the nurse’s line. Called to try to schedule and appointment and the receptionist was snooty and even though I was calling with a legitimate concern, I was dismissed because they think I was only going to see them for weight loss. I was NOT calling for ozempic! I am having issues and I need to see an endocrinologist. I have had my bloodwork done numerous times and this is where my primary care doctor referred me to go to next for additional work ups. I see now why they were so rude after reading all of the other reviews.

If I could give negative stars I would. The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. Even as a new patient, to arrive early and sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half past my appointment time and not be seen by anyone is absolutely ridiculous. After at least 4 other people came in and were seen and left, I was finally so fed up that I walked out. I would absolutely never recommend a place with such poor patient treatment.
