My first couple of visits were great here but they have gone now hill with their customer service. If you care anything about having a reliable appointment time DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They cancelled my follow up appointment and I was not able to make a new appointment at that time. I called back twice and was put on hold and hung up after 20 min. Dr. Akhrass has always been a great doctor and I've been coming to the clinic for about ten years now. But times and the quality of care have changed. The wait times for scheduled appointments are usually 1-2 hours. So if you're scheduled to be seen at 2:00 pm, you can almost guarantee that you won't be seen till 3:00. It's become rather frustrating and I no longer feel like a patient but rather a number. This is now routine, I come in (30 mins ahead of time) have my labs and vitals done and just wait.
