If I could give zero stars I would. This office staff is rude and doesn’t care or listen. Didn’t even get a chance to make it into the office. Only had phone interaction. Scheduled back in July couldn’t be seen until October. I had missed my appointment. This office didn’t send out a confirmation, didn’t call to remind or confirm. Or anything. I have had nothing but very positive experiences at DECO. I have referred several fellow diabetic’s to this practice and all have thanked me for this referral. Was Disappointed that Dr. Rittenberry left the practice but the transition has worked out well.
I originally saw Dr. Cater at this practice for an enlarged thyroid. Around the same time, I began experiencing unusual symptoms that seemed relevant to an endocrinologist: excessive thirst and constant urination, a jittery or uneasy feeling after eating,complete loss of appetite, and noticeable blood sugar fluctuations. I see Dr Taylor Cater and honestly, she's been a breath of fresh air. She actually listened to me. She was kind, present, and didn’t rush through like so many others do. She understood that I know my body better than anyone else and treated me with real respect. That alone meant a lot. When my insurance denied the medication I needed, her team didn’t just accept it.
