Lydia is amazing! She was very thorough when she was explaining things, took her time, And did not make me feel like she was in a hurry. I would highly recommend her. Bree the check in / check out person was amazing. She was very friendly, and as someone who has a hard time hearing I appreciated that she knew I couldn’t hear well and spoke up the whole time we were talking. The office overall is extremely accommodating.
Update 1.1.2026 - Dr. Cater is no longer there. I see Dr Taylor Cater and honestly, she's been a breath of fresh air. She actually listened to me. She was kind, present, and didn’t rush through like so many others do. She understood that I know my body better than anyone else and treated me with real respect. That alone meant a lot. When my insurance denied the medication I needed, her team didn’t just accept it. They appealed it several times from every possible angle, fighting hard to get it approved. Very friendly staff and caring doctors. I have been with this office ten+ years.
If I could give zero stars I would. This office staff is rude and doesn’t care or listen. Didn’t even get a chance to make it into the office. Only had phone interaction. Scheduled back in July couldn’t be seen until October. I had missed my appointment. This office didn’t send out a confirmation, didn’t call to remind or confirm. Or anything.
