I don’t like to review physicians on the web. I do like to review customer service. If they don’t get rid of Kim at the front desk with her deplorable attitude towards people in general, I’ll never get treated here and will be sure to tell everyone I know. It’s sad that one persons demeanor can ruin it for the rest. How she still has a job in a customer(patient) facing role is mind-boggling. Shame on management for not doing their job and moving her out. Somebody needs a hug…
