I'm a happy person in general! This was my first visit to diabetes and endocrinology. The whole front staff needs to be fired or get some additional training! When I walked in the person at the front didn't acknowledge me she didn't saw have a seat I will help you in a minute nothing!! The young lady that called me to the back forgive me I don't remember her name, but she was the nicest one there. She smiled she acknowledged me she made me feel welcomed. I’ve been a patient here for 1.5 years and can’t do it anymore. After 5 visits I’m ready to admit that the providers here simply don’t care about me as a human. I’m just an ATM from which they can extract insurance money. In my 5 visits I’ve had THREE different doctors. There’s no continuity of care and no interest on their side. In their eyes I’m not a patient, just another diagnosis to treat with the same cookie cutter treatment. No thought, no humanity. Love them ! The whole staff from the drs to the front desk
I also had a poor experience. I was told by Ashley that the doctors here do not diagnose but only treat. I’m confused, isn’t an endocrinologist a medical doctor? She gave me a fax number different than what’s on the website. Is it her practice? Why is she gate- keeping and blocking clients? Unfortunately, it’s because of office staff that many practices lose out on customers. Apparently, they do not care because there are not many in the state of Georgia. ATL is the best place to go.
