I have been a patient at this office for several years and have always appreciated Dr. Pacheco‘s exceptional care and professionalism. However, I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of the front desk staff. The level of customer service provided is consistently poor- staff members are often rude, dismissive, and unprofessional in their interactions with patients. Dr. Pacheco is good. The office communication is non-existent. I have been without medication for over 2 weeks. The pharmacy needs some info. I have left numerous messages. The pharmacy has tried reaching out. No one answers phones, returns calls, or responds in portal. Unless you want to give them money, of course. A simple call or message is all I ask. I am re-thinking whether to continue here. THEY ARE PUTTING MY HEALTH AT RISK!!.

Very angry with this clinic, theyre charging me $111.00 just to look at my dexcom sensor results l, secretary said it's because ots called a SERVICE because thw nurse has to read sensor results, they all of a sudden just started this on my last visit here. I was very angry with secretary trying to bill me that amount, even if the nurse just looked at my numbers on my dexcom app she'd still charge me because it's called a SERVICE. That just sucks. This office is by far the worst office I have been to. They NEVER ANSWER THIER PHONES. Takes weeks to get a call back. Trying to make an appointment is impossible bc they don’t pick up their phones. They took over a month to tell me about test results when I would call every day and leave tons of messages and no one returns my calls. Just horrible office ! I don’t know how they are still open!
