First and primary point, Dr. Lender is absolutely WONDERFUL! This review is so low because of the awful front desk staff that I’ve encountered. The billing department does not update their records even when you get an EOB stating you overpaid and I’ve waited over 2 weeks for a simple call back before. When they finally did I got excuse after excuse with no apology. Update: they still owe me $300 after years of trying to get a response. Disgusting behavior.

I know they are highly recommended, but I don’t know how anyone gets in to see them. I work in Addison every day so showing up in person to make an appointment isn’t an option.
