Five stars all around! Dr. Graham and staff are kind, responsive, and brilliant! I was so impressed that they showed great interest in the list of questions I had prepared for my visit. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's in June 2024. In search of more answers, I visited this clinic in December/January and met with Daniela Salazar. Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. I explained my symptoms and shared my last test results, which showed my TPO level at 124. Daniela mentioned that my symptoms didn't seem related to Hashimoto's, but she agreed to run some tests anyway. However, she tested everything except my TPO. Two strikes in two weeks. Overall, Dr Graham and his medical staff are fantastic. That’s why I’m still going back after the last two visits to give them a third chance. That’s also why this isn’t a 1 star review. The issues were outside of their control. But, what happened two weeks in a row is completely unacceptable. They are either under staffed or seeing too many patients. I always feel somewhat like I’m a burden there and like they’re in a rush and over stressed. Last time they checked blood work they were supposed to wait on and send to a different facility until a steroid got out of my system. I called the place it was to be sent to, it wasn’t there. They never sent it. They accidentally checked it anyways with other bloodwork which showed low from the steroid. I followed up several times about it. Never got an answer or resolution.... read more
