Front desk staff has always been great and I have always had a great experience with them.
Great friendly endo visit with Dr. Amy Ellsworth. Their phlebotomist was great.
I have seen Dr Graham for years. Way before this practice was up and running. I have always been impressed with his attention to detail, experience and willingness to address my questions. Very disappointed with the service I've received multiple times when trying to get a pre-authorization done for my medication. My pharmacy requested this doctor get a pre-authorization a month ago. I called my doctor last week and they told me they were still waiting to hear back from my insurance. Today I called my insurance and they told me they had not received any request from my doctor.
