These ppl had us drive a hour only to tell us we couldbt be seen because you suppose to be a hour early for your appointment time never was this message relayed to us before hand then the receptionist who refuse to hear the fact that they never told us was like oh well the dr still won't see you then said they could reschedule but they were completely booked I'm like what are you serious I heard he's a great dr but his team could use some work on their patient service skills at least act like you care about the patient
If I could give them a 0 I would. This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. I have been going here for a year and they have dropped the ball on several occasions with my care due to not following up with my bloodwork results at every step in my care. They charge a full office visit for bloodwork that takes a week to come back, and do not follow up on your results when they come back in. You cannot get anyone on the phone in the Clinique the hour's seem to change every week. I am changing clinics bc after a year they stil... read more
Dr Woo is a very knowledgeable doctor. Straight forward with what steps need to be taken to control illnesses. Definitely recommended.
