Like the other reviews, nearly impossible to get my prescription refilled and sent to the correct pharmacy. It’s a battle every time and I often rely on the pharmacy filling emergency prescriptions because I was told by the staff it was sent and wasn’t, or it was sent to cvs but it’s actually at Walgreens. The odds of them answering the phone or being open makes it extra difficult. It’s honestly unacceptable and most definitely fixable. Please do better for your patients and figure this out.
Incompetence personified. My wife tried to get a simple prescription filled. A prescription she was prescribed by the same doctor for 4 years and needs to take daily. 3 days of mistakes. We called directly and handled it ourselves. Pillpak basically said the office worker who submitted has no idea what is going on.
Love Dr Sandberg but the staff is horrific, I have been calling to get a message to Dr Sandberg since Tuesday morning, it’s Friday… no return call from the nurses. They call prescriptions into the wrong pharmacy all the time and don’t get messages to the doctors. Why do the doctors put up with this? Very frustrated
No one picks up a call to book appointment, better to go different location than wasting time here.
The office is extremely unorganized and makes it nearly impossible to get care. After they lost my medical records that had been faxed to them weeks prior, I finally got an appointment. The Dr. ordered labs and a biopsy. I called back asking about my labs and stated that I needed an ultrasound in order to schedule the biopsy and I haven’t gotten a call back. My labs were done over three weeks ago and I have yet to receive any kind of information regarding adjustments that need to be made to my medication. I would not go here... read more
