I wish I had read the reviews. Absolutely, unbelievable arrived with a friend for an appointment she had waited two and a half months. Trying to check-in the receptionist said, "Your appointment is next week." Really? Because both of us had the same day and time on our calendars and it wasn't next week. Honestly I should’ve listened to the reviews…… the worst place. I’ve been trying to get a medication cover by my insurance and all they need from the office is a Pre Authorization….. when I went to my appointment they stated they did sent it to the insurance and it was approved. It was a lie because when I went to the pharmacy it was still not covered, called my insurance to complain and they stated they NEVER received the pre authorization and the insurance went ahead and faxed them one to the office just to get the informa... read more

Like the other reviews, nearly impossible to get my prescription refilled and sent to the correct pharmacy. It’s a battle every time and I often rely on the pharmacy filling emergency prescriptions because I was told by the staff it was sent and wasn’t, or it was sent to cvs but it’s actually at Walgreens. The odds of them answering the phone or being open makes it extra difficult. It’s honestly unacceptable and most definitely fixable. Please do better for your patients and figure this out.
