Rebecca is a dietitian that listens, is very knowledgable and has a lovely manner. Rebecca has helped me with my diet in adjusting and tweaking what I eat and encouraging exercise. I have type two diabetes and have managed to lose weight and gain muscle at the age of 72. I highly recommend Rebecca.
