Rebecca has helped me not only see my bad habits, but with her help reduce them signiffcantly. Her recommendations for food alternatives have greatly reduce my sugar levels, whilst enabling me to eat a varied and interesting diet whilst reducing my bodies sugar levels through better management of my diabetes.
