Such rude and unprofessional staffs! I’ve never had such bad experiences with anyone when I wanted to reschedule an appointment! I am booking an appointment for my father who doesn’t know English and the response was they do not need to accommodate my schedule given that I am not their patient. I asked them to put his name on the cancellation list as the next available appointment was in 4 months and their response was we can’t cancel someone else’s appointment for you! Front desk lady is not very nice, I called around 8am to confirm an appointment time for that day since they had left a voicemail at the wrong number. Took me 3 calls to get through to them, first thing she says to me is I should had left a voicemail then I had to reiterate the appointment was that day. Unfortunately I couldn’t make it because it was already an hour away so I told her so and she didn’t try to come up with any solution besides telling me that they are only booking in September and if I were to rebook if I “no... read more

Called this morning to ask where I could buy an insulin pouch for a type 1 diabetic. Was refused the information without a referral from the doctor. Let me stress that I wasn't seeking medical advice, I wanted to know where I could buy an insulin pouch, locally.
