Very unprofessional and their lack of care nearly killed my wife. She coded blue in tampa general because that stupid doctor told her to stop her medication and that she is fine. This happened because the doctor and his associates were very lazy to check the patient records. I printed all the records i had and signed a release of information from the hospital to them, yet they didn't bother checking any previous labs or testing or the previous hospital records. I have had Dr Pennebad for years. He is courteous, filled with knowledge, and very pleasant to work with. I would recommend him!

The phone crew just hangs up on you. They desperately dont want to do their scheduling job. No respect or even attempt to act civil or professional. Thank God this happened and I never made it in. I could only imagine how much worse the mindset in the building gets.

I have been seeing Dr Penebad-NPR for years. While I believe he is a smart man I also believe that my time and health is valuable. I arrived early to my appointment and as per usual I waited. I waited 1 hour from my appointment time until I finally left. Arriving early was my doing I cannot criticize the office for that. The staff did not make eye contact on arrival, no greeting.
