This office clearly doesn't want new patients. I've tried for WEEKS to set up an appointment. I've left voice messages so they know who I am and why I'm calling. I finally reached a person who answered the phone completely unprofessionally and asked if I was a new patient then proceeded to put me on hold for 30 minutes. Its ridiculous!

As a type 1 diabetic, this is not a safe endocrinology office. They are some of the rudest front office staff I have ever been to in 20 years of being dependant on endocrinologist's to survive. Landmark drive location. 100% would not recommend this office to care for your loved ones diabetes.
The lady who answers the phone for appointments is so unprofessional and cuts you off. When trying to explain something she interrupted with “have a good day” in the worst attitude possible and she hung up on me. If she doesn’t want to work there, she can maybe go somewhere else, super unprofessional.
