Disappointing Experience with the Practice I waited three months for my appointment with Dr. Ania Janicka at the Diabetes Center. Before the visit, I completed approximately an hour of online paperwork, provided my credit card information in case of a no-show, and then received a phone call asking me to arrive 15 minutes early to complete additional paperwork. I was there for my 4 month check up My doctor is very knowledgeable, supportive and personable The staff is friendly and helpful Appointment r spread out so you don't sit in a crowded waiting room
Horrible experience with staffing!!!! Secretary is extremely disrespectful at the Clearwater office !!! They love shaming the patient every single time . I am gone to a new doctor . Save yourself time don’t go there. Dr Monica Plazarte very nice and professional but the staffing absolutely horrible !!!!! They will keep loosing patients. We have options of where to go like anything else.
Great office and Dr. Penebad is the best.
