Waited 5 days to get someone to call me for lab results. I called every single day and was assured someone would immediately call me back nobody ever did. Finally i called again and a nurse called me with an attitude and stated “i only can explain the results. that’s all i have for you” Immediately turned off from this place. Front desk is impossible to get a hold of. Been trying the past couple of days to reschedule my appointment and no one answers the phone. I leave messages and never hear back. Seriously considering switching providers because of this.
We accidentally missed the early morning appointment. That was are fault however the morning staff was not helpful. They rescheduled the appointment and forgot to tell us there was a hidden fee of a test they ran on our first appointment. We thought the exam came with the visit. We had the money to pay for the exam and ask we could pay the visit at another date but the clinic did not want to work with us. My father was sent by Dr Mora to get some lab test done was never given an appt to go over the results the receptionist told my dad they were going to call him and its been 2 weeks and they never call so i call to see what is happening and the receptionist said on there computer only shows he was sent for lab work and thats all so how in the world was my dad supposo to find out his results call the dr and left a message and they never return the call worst place to go they only care about the money not the patient health
