The only reason I'm even giving a 1 star is the attending PA or techs are good but other than that your out of luck, you'll never be able to get in touch with them on the phone even if you leave a message they'll never call back, and trying to pay a bill online is even worse, I think the instamed website for payment must have been written by a 6yo because it is the worst and very seldom works. constantly denies you payment for no reason. Then you have to call them but guess what they don't answer or call you back.

Had a nail go thru my tire on the way to appt and had to stop to get a repair. I called and informed them I was probably going to be a few minutes late. I was 3 minutes late, over a dozen people still in waiting room and was told as a NEW patient I would have to reschedule. Would never recommend this place. Customer service is non-existent

I wish I could give negative stars. My husband was 9 minutes late for his appointment , we were checked in then left to wait for 45 minutes. The sweetest girl at the desk went in back to check why we hadn’t been called ( without us asking her to). We were then informed that the administrator would be up to speak with us. This person who didn’t identify herself told us that because we were late they didn’t look at the computer to notice that we’d already checked in. Just had one of the worst appointments of my 41 years here. Angelique Tchounkovsky had no interest in discussing my medical history (despite endocrine drugs having put me in the ICU for a week and a variety of other serious side effects). She was dismissive of the stats from my CGM (despite my inability to have current A1C lab work being due to her lack of due dilligence), rude and wholly unbecoming of a medical professional. I was referred to this clinic by my primary care doctor on June 5 and told the referral would be processed within 5–7 business days. I was never provided a patient portal or onboarding instructions, and had no direct way to share updated labs or records myself. Weeks later, I was contacted and told I would not be accepted as a patient because the referral and labs from my doctor were deemed insufficient.
