Hate to see that this is becoming a common theme here but I’ve sent multiple messages and left a voicemail since early February, only to get 2 replies that had nothing to do with my messages in return. Really close to just dropping this doctor and looking for a new one because holy crap I’m so done
I have been a patient for about 10 years now. I started by seeing Dr. Tan, who is lovely. Then I was given a new doctor under Dr. Tan. Again, she was great and answered all my questions. Then COVID hit and we started making tel-med calls. Now, I have no idea what doctor I am going to see. I get a new Doctor every appointment. I have not seen Dr. Tan in over 7 years. Office staff is complete trash!! Won't answer phones.....won't answer billing questions or concerns. Unfortunately good doctors are being overshadowed by a lazy office staff. They'd rather turn you away than answer questions or try to help!!
Must be a fake office and business as there is never anyone there to answer the phone. Been calling daily since Monday 02/10 and tried every option to speak to a human but nobody there. Spent a total of 5 hours collectively on hold. Voicemail message was unreturned as well. Trying to be a new patient but not anymore.
VERY frustrated with this place. Can never get anyone to answer the phone. Had a Telehealth appt and never received a text, email, call, or link in the portal for the appt. Tried calling MULTIPLE times during said appt and nothing. Please don’t even try with this place. Save you a lot of stress. (Now where’s the Tylenol)
