Is there a MINUS ZERO I can add? I have waited months for a new patient appointment with Dr. Mark McClanahan. Now, the Federal government is due to shut down at midnight tonight so I called to MOVE my appointment tomorrow to a safer date as I am not sure what happens with insurance during a GOVERNMENT SHUT DOWN. Had an appointment scheduled today that was made a month ago. I wish everyone was on the same page. They don’t take Tricare Prime, was not informed this when the appointment was made. Otherwise, of course, appointment wouldn’t have been able to be scheduled. Receptionist was very, very rude. I have no problem being told I cannot be seen. She was just plain rude.
My wife hasn’t had her appointment yet but I just needed to make this review really quick. This office is absolutely amazing and is so helpful, we had some issues pulling labs and couldn’t find anything current, Annett went out of her way to reach out to one of her nurses and have her research done labs and she was able to find 2 recent ones and was able to pull those which is amazing. I have not had anything but good things from this office and would recommend them to anyone needing an endocrinologist!!
